Mobile phone reception isn’t great at Chelwood, so here are precise directions.

The venue is Chelwood Village Hall, which is on the A368 Bath to Weston Supermare road, BS39 4NP. (The venue actually says Chelwood Parish School on the side of the building). 

 Approaching from the west, Chelwood Roundabout and the A37, enter the village, look out on the left hand for a road narrowing sign the village hall is immediately after this sign and is just before another road narrowing sign and has a red post box in front. If you pass “School Lane” on the left then you’ve just missed it.

If approaching from the East and Bath, head west out of Bath on the A36 then at the roundabout with Globe Pub, take the A39 heading for Wells. At the Marksbury traffic lights go straight on (it becomes the A368 headed to Weston Super Mare) then after entering the village of Chelwood, look out for the red post box on your right, just after the road narrowing sign saying and the car park and hall are behind it. There is ample parking in the car park in front of the hall.
