Generally the courses are a slower, gentler way in to learning, with the support and camaraderie of learning with a group who you share a journey with, whereas the workshops are for someone who wants to learn in a compact, faster way (read more about the different ways to learn at bottom of this page).

Weekly Group Course

(learn in 4 sessions):

Venues in Bath/Bristol area and central Bath

Weekly groups are affordable, and are a more "gentle" introduction to T.R.E. with the support of others embarking on the journey. They give you the help of group practice (doing any practice in a group can be more powerful than your own, depending on your needs). They also give you the support and experience of others who are all at different stages on their T.R.E. journeys as clients who have already learnt can drop in .

I keep my groups deliberately small (10 max - including drop in clients), to ensure that every participant has time for some individual attention, and possible interventions.

The course Includes theory presentations to watch in your home, home practice support materials and any e-mail or phone support you may require whilst learning. Also included is breath work and grounding exercises.

After the initial course, clients can drop in at discounted follow up rates to continue with group practice should they wish.

After completing the course all clients to receive access to closed client Facebook group and free audio guided T.R.E session for home practice

One to one or Skype

This option is for you if you prefer to work 1:1 rather than in a group, or feel that you would initially like to work 1:1 before joining groups. This is also for you if you have issues that require strongly held space, and the undivided focus and support of your practitioner.

T.R.E. Intensive Workshop:

(learn in an afternoon plus 1 flexible follow up session either group or 1:1/skype)

T.R.E. intensives are a flexible and comprehensive way to learn T.R.E. for busy people:

- presentation to watch at home before the session

- 4 hour workshop (mainly experiential/ no PowerPoint presentations) : includes snack/drinks break and a talk about theory/science of T.R.E. in between 2 T.R.E. sessions

- Home practice materials to take away after the 4 hour workshop

- A 1 1/2 - 2 hour follow up session to be scheduled to suit you, either at the dedicated date or any other group, or 1:1/skype, (subject to availability)

- Small groups 10 max

- Also included is breath work and grounding exercises.

After completing the follow up session all clients to receive access to closed client Facebook group and free audio guided T.R.E. session for home practice
