The workshop

The day will be a deep dive into embodiment with cutting edge information and practice, designed to bypass the mind's control and allow the body to relax from tension and stress, release what is held and reset the nervous system and posture. Jacqui and Deborah have many years' experience of holding safe, present and compassionate space for clients, and aim to make this day deeply nurturing for all women.

This day is particularly suitable for those women who wish to empower themselves to release stress, trauma and menopausal symptoms as well as those who simply enjoy meeting the body's energy patterns and allowing them to dissolve so that life can move.  You will leave with empowering information, and support materials to carry on the work at home.

You will have access to the Spa before and after the workshop sessions to really maximise the releasing and integration; It's open 8am to 8pm at weekends. The day includes a lovely lunch, and Combe Grove's delicious home made cakes; Combe Grove has a lovely Cafe Bar, with gorgeous views looking over the soothing countryside and offers delicious cakes, teas and food.

THE VENUE

Our venue for the workshops is Combe Grove's beautiful Oak Room.  The room has recently been renovated and has underfloor heating; it's a calm and contained space, and we very much look forward to holding safe space for you to relax and let go here.

The venue

Combe Grove is an old manor house set just outside Bath  in many acres of beautiful grounds.  It is a peaceful centre for well being, earning it's motto of "find space to breathe"; the perfect place to unwind.

You can also nourish yourself in the spa (open from 8am to 8pm at Weekends), leaving plenty of time to relax beforehand and support you to integrate your workshop experience;

Float Away - Swim towards the view through the vast windows in the indoor pool, or savour the sensation of fresh air and warm water in the outdoor pool during the summer months.

Relax - Relaxing, sensory and restorative, a session in the sauna, steam room or on a hydro-spa.

Treatments - see the treatments offered here

With gorgeous food made from ingredients sourced from award-winning local farmers and specialist producers who share our beliefs in the importance of ethical food production, you could book dinner after the workshop, and for the ultimate relaxing weekend retreat book a room.
